GREAT BRITAIN → SOUTH AFRICA Imperial Airways airmail cover to Pretoria with Wilton Road, Hudson’s Place 9 Dec 1931 datestamp carried on the inaugural Christmas flight of the “Heracles” between London and Cape Town.  Only mail posted at Wilton Road and Croydon was carried on the first leg of the flight with only 75 letters carried the entire route to South Africa.  On back Johannesburg 21 Dec 1931 and Pretoria 21 Dec 1931 arrival datestamps.
